Position Summary
A new age global university established in 2022 with the philosophy of collective philanthropy for social aspiration, seeking to create transformative leadership through knowledge creation based on iccha, kriya and jnana. We are guided by some of the most eminent thought leaders of the world.
Key Responsibilities
Research and Scholarship
Conduct high-impact, independent research aligned with the Centre’s mission and publish in leading academic journals.
Contribute to the development of policy briefs, working papers, and other academic outputs.
Collaborate with the Centre’s academic team and external partners on interdisciplinary projects.
Program and Event Support
Assist in designing and implementing workshops, conferences, and academic residencies.
Support in-house research projects, including curriculum design, textbook creation, and database development.
Engage in public outreach efforts through blogs, opinion pieces, and policy discussions.
Mentorship and Collaboration
Work closely with visiting scholars, fellows, and the Centre’s academic community to foster a collaborative intellectual environment.
Provide guidance and support to junior researchers and student interns as needed.
Qualifications
Academic Credentials
A Master’s degree in Economics, Public Policy, Development Studies, or a related field is required; a PhD or candidacy in a relevant discipline is strongly preferred.
A strong academic track record, with publications in respected journals or demonstrated potential for high-quality research outputs.
Experience
1–3 years of experience in academic, research, or policy roles.
Experience with interdisciplinary projects or policy engagement is a plus.
Skills and Attributes
Strong research and analytical skills, with proficiency in quantitative or qualitative methodologies.
A collaborative mindset, with a passion for contributing to impactful research in sustainable economics.
