Sitecore DXP Lead
Location: Greater Noida

Job Description
As DXP/CMS SME, you will help to realize high-end technology solutions for our clients. You will design, develop and roll-out the solutions using modern technologies and ways of working along with your team. Moreover, in this hands-on Dev + Consultant role you will help in business development, as well as in building and maintaining client relationships
Comprehensive technical leadership to DXP/CMS migrations and new implementations for new and existing customers, and lead a team of CMS Developers and Authors. This is a senior, people manager role, and external customer facing – expected to partner and collaborate closely with CIO’s, CDO’s and CMO’s of top enterprise customers. Cross-functional, communication and documentation skills are extremely key Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java.
Should have capability to handle any DXP/CMS like Sitecore, Optimizely, sitefnity etc. work.
Mastery of core web technologies including XML, HTML5, CSS, client/server-side-scripting languages such as Java Script, and JSP, and web services development using RESTful implementations
Deep understanding of.net combined with a strong understanding of Enterprise frameworks.
Deep understanding of and hands-on development experience with relevant “’.net CMS ‘ frameworks.
Represent be the face of the CMS team – lead all end-customer interactions.
Lead technical design, effort estimation / sizing and development, including logical & deployment enterprise-level architecture (system design, application architecture, data design, H/w & S/w stack and components).
Align the development strategy & technology stack with project KPI’s of the customer.
Lead and orchestrate joint discovery sessions with customer to document the project So W, use-cases and test-cases.
Call-out impediments, dependencies & risks with potential mitigation plan.
Recommending development approach(es), aligned with the KPI’s of the project.
Closely work with CSM’s / Tech project managers to plan & refine use-stories and story-points in Jira and set-up the project in an agile methodology.
Take ownership for performance and security of the architecture designed.
Create content model for different digital assets like video, etc Experience in Machine Learning and Neural Network architectures like Ensemble Models, SVM, CNN, RNN, Transformers, etc.
Proficient in Sitecore or equivalent foundational concepts, including the use of core frameworks, a solid understanding of all of the related building blocks including templates, components, dialogs, widgets, etc., and the sitecore development and deployment process.
Good understanding of sitecore capabilities including Multi-site manager and Blueprinting, and the use of online marketing components such as advanced targeting / personalization, and multi-variate testing, is preferred.
Proficient knowledge of the end-to-end content lifecycle, web content management, content publishing / deployment, and delivery processes.
Good understanding of integration patterns and content-centric application development patterns using Sitecore with or without a Portal, Search, Commerce package or other platforms, is preferred.
Formulate an implementation plan & prepare estimates for the assigned activities/work items.
Report work progress to the manager & the client on a periodic basis.
At least played the role of Solution architect for two years.
Participate/Lead in design discussions & client meetings.
Ideate and deliver agile POCs to validate project plan & partner in pre-sales activities
Create a Training & Certification map for all CMS/DXP team and create a world-class CMS / DXP team.
An ability to quickly identify and drive to the optimal solution when presented with a series of constraints
Excellent judgment, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills
Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, relationship building skills, and ability to achieve results without direct reporting relationships
Strong sense of personal responsibility and accountability for delivering high quality work, both personally and at a team level
