Staff Management: Recruit, train, and supervise hospital staff, including department heads and administrative personnel.

Quality Improvement: Implement and monitor quality assurance programs to improve patient care and outcomes.

Conduct regular evaluations of hospital services and procedures.

Patient Relations: Address patient complaints and concerns, ensuring high levels of patient satisfaction.

Promote a patient-centered approach across the facility.

Regulatory Compliance: Ensure the hospital adheres to all federal, state, and local regulations and accreditation standards.

Prepare for and manage audits and inspections.

Community Relations: Serve as a liaison between the hospital and the community, promoting health initiatives and partnerships.

Engage with local stakeholders to understand community health needs.

Qualifications: Education: Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or related field; master’s degree preferred.

Experience: 5+ years in healthcare administration, with leadership experience in a hospital setting.

Skills: Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.

Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.

Proficiency in healthcare regulations and financial management.

Ability to communicate effectively with diverse groups.

Working Conditions: Typically works in an office environment within the hospital.
