Job Title: Sales Intern

Location: Delhi

Position Type: 3 Months Internship + PPO (Performance Based)

Salary Range: 25k/month

Key Responsibilities:

•Conduct market research to identify and generate new client leads, sharing valuable insights with the sales team to support business closures.

•Practice and enhance your sales techniques, such as cold calling and closing deals, while collaborating effectively within a team environment.

•Research market trends, analyze competitor activities, and explore potential business opportunities to inform strategic decision-making.

•Keep the client information database updated and accurate, ensuring seamless communication and record-keeping.

•Accompany senior sales representatives on client calls and meetings, assisting in the coordination and scheduling of appointments.

•Respond to initial client inquiries and ensure timely escalation of complex issues to the appropriate team members.

•Utilize social media and presentation skills to promote Premier People Logistics’ services and enhance brand awareness.

•Maintain a self-driven mindset to achieve sales targets and contribute to the team's overall success.

Training and Development:

•Engage in structured training sessions designed to deepen your understanding of our services and hone your sales skills.

•Participate in real-world projects and assignments that provide exposure to the full sales cycle and business development practices.

Collaboration:

•Work closely with the sales and operations teams to ensure clients receive exceptional service and solutions.

•Provide feedback and propose innovative ideas to enhance client experience and streamline sales processes.
