Our journey has been shaped by four core pillars: Knowledge, People, Client Servicing, and Technology Role Description This is a full-time HR Generalist role responsible for recruitment, managing employee lifecycle (including documentation), executing human resources policies, implementing and administering employee benefits programs, monitoring learning & development programs for employees, employee appraisals, taking part in conducting team-building activities and ensuring compliance with HR policies and legal requirements for our offices in Bengaluru, Udupi & Mangaluru. In addition, the applicant is expected to participate in various HR-related activities, such as employee engagement, and employee relations. Qualifications and Pre-requisites Educational Requirement – MBA-HR 3-5 years of experience Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to prioritize workload and meet deadlines Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive information Attention to detail and administrative skills Knowledge of labor laws and regulations Knowledge & Understanding of hiring for wide skills (finance, operations, marketing, sales &technology) Good Microsoft Office, HR analytics & reporting Skills Candidates who has eagerness to learn will be an added advantage.
