You’ll be diving into data, running killer ad campaigns, and making sure every dollar we spend on marketing is bringing back some serious ROI.

Roles, Responsibilities & Expectations:

  • Set up, monitor, and optimize paid digital marketing campaigns across various platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Track and analyze the performance of campaigns, ensuring they meet KPIs like CPC, CPA, CTR, and ROAS.
  • Manage budget allocation and adjust bids to maximize return on investment.
  • Analyze and optimize landing pages to improve user experience and increase conversion rates.
  • Implement tools like A/B testing, heatmaps, and user surveys to gather data for optimization.
  • Analyze campaign performance data to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement. This includes using tools like Google Analytics to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Collaborate with the team to develop engaging ad copy, banners, and other creative assets for the assigned requirements.
  • Ensure that all creatives align with brand guidelines and are optimized for conversion.
  • Conduct regular competitive analysis to stay updated on industry trends and identify new opportunities.
  • Adjust tactics based on competitive landscape and market shifts.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends in digital marketing, including new tools, platforms, and best practices.
  • Attend webinars, workshops, or training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • 1-3 years of proven experience in performance marketing, preferably in an e-commerce or digital marketing environment.
  • In-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels, including paid search (Google Ads, Bing Ads), paid social (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn), display advertising, and affiliate marketing,
  • Hands-on experience with marketing analytics platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and/or other attribution and analytics tools.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive actionable insights and optimization strategies.
  • Proficiency in A/B testing, experimentation, and conversion rate optimization (CRO) techniques.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams.
  • Detail-oriented with a results-driven mindset and passion for continuous learning and improvement.
