Position Overview

We’re seeking a Graphic Designer to join our remote team in Asia. The ideal candidate will bring a strong aesthetic sense, creativity, and attention to detail to design projects across various digital platforms. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys collaborating with a dynamic team.


Key Responsibilities
  • Visual Content Creation : Design high-quality graphics for social media, websites, email campaigns, and marketing materials, ensuring they align with clients’ brand guidelines.
  • Brand Identity Development : Contribute to the creation and enhancement of brand assets, including logos, color palettes, and style guides.
  • Collaborative Design : Work closely with the marketing and creative teams to brainstorm and execute design concepts for campaigns and projects.
  • Research and Trend Analysis : Stay updated on design trends, competitor activities, and industry standards to produce relevant and innovative designs.
  • Feedback Integration : Incorporate feedback from stakeholders to refine designs and ensure deliverables meet expectations.
  • Tool Expertise : Use tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and Figma to produce and edit designs efficiently.


Requirements
  • Proven Experience : Minimum of 2 years in graphic design, preferably in digital marketing or advertising.
  • Creative Excellence : A strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design styles, including digital and social media graphics.
  • Technical Skills : Proficiency in design tools like Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Figma. Knowledge of motion graphics or video editing tools is a plus.
  • Attention to Detail : Ability to create polished, high-quality designs that reflect brand consistency.
  • Time Management : Ability to handle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines in a remote work environment.
  • Communication Skills : Strong verbal and written communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and clients.


Preferred Qualifications
  • Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
  • Experience with UI/UX design or website graphics is a bonus.
  • Familiarity with design for diverse cultural audiences.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and handle constructive feedback with a growth mindset.
