Business Development Manager Data Terminal | India (Remote) Join us as a Business Development Manager and drive strategic growth across key IT services and consulting sectors We are looking for a seasoned Business Development Manager / Senior Sales Consultant to drive expansion and establish valuable partnerships. If you have a proven track record in business development and sales, we want to hear from you. – Experience: 2-4 years What You’ll Do: 1. Strategic Sales Leadership: • 1.1 Own the entire sales cycle from prospecting and lead generation to closing high-value deals. • 1.2 Develop and implement long-term business development strategies that align with company goals and revenue targets. • 1.3 Guide and mentor junior sales and business development executives to achieve their KPIs. 2. B2 B Enterprise Engagement: • 2.1 Identify and target enterprise-level B2 B clients across diverse Industries • 2.2 Build, nurture, and maintain strong relationships with senior-level decision-makers and stakeholders. 3. Partnership and Ecosystem Building: • 3.1 Cultivate relationships with consulting firms, IT vendors, and industry partners to expand market reach and business opportunities. • 3.2 Represent Data Terminal in key strategic partnerships, including private RFPs, joint ventures, and collaborative projects. 4. Market Expansion and New Business Acquisition: • 4.1 Explore new markets and identify growth opportunities in emerging technologies, including cloud, AI, and data solutions. • 4.2 Lead the team’s efforts on platforms like Upwork and other business acquisition channels to secure projects and partnerships. 5. Market and Competitive Analysis: • 5.1 Conduct in-depth market research to uncover trends and client needs in the IT services landscape. • 5.2 Analyze competitor strategies to refine sales approaches and differentiate Data Terminal’s offerings. 6. Client Retention and Relationship Management: • 6.1 Develop strategies for ensuring client satisfaction, resulting in repeat business and long-term partnerships. • 6.2 Act as the primary point of contact for high-profile clients, ensuring prompt resolution of concerns and exceeding client expectations. 7. Industry Presence and Networking: • 7.1 Attend high-impact industry events, webinars, and conferences, representing Data Terminal’s thought leadership in AI, data, and IT services. • 7.2 Build and maintain a professional network that drives new business and partnership opportunities. ️ Skills & Qualifications: Qualifications: • Experience : Minimum of 2 years in business development or sales, particularly within IT services & consulting sector. • Education : Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related disciplines (MBA preferred). • Skills : • Deep understanding of IT services, consulting, data engineering, and AI solutions. • Proven experience in closing large-scale deals and building successful, long-term business relationships. • Strong leadership and team management capabilities. • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage C-suite executives and other high-level stakeholders. • Experience in market research, data analysis, and strategic planning.
