Job Description:
We are seeking skilled PTW Coordinators/Job Performers with expertise in Mechanical, Instrumentation, Electrical, or Piping disciplines to support plant maintenance and shutdown execution. The role involves managing the Permit-to-Work (PTW) process, ensuring smooth and safe execution of activities during shutdowns.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate and manage the Permit-to-Work (PTW) system to ensure compliance with safety and operational procedures.
Review and approve permits, ensuring all necessary safety measures and documentation are in place.
Liaise with operations, maintenance, and HSE teams to schedule and execute work safely and efficiently.
Monitor ongoing work to ensure compliance with PTW requirements and resolve any issues promptly.
Ensure all job-related hazards are identified, and appropriate mitigation measures are implemented.
Maintain accurate records of permits issued, active jobs, and completed work.
Conduct safety checks and ensure adherence to plant safety policies during all job activities.
Assist in planning and supervising shutdown activities for mechanical, instrumentation, electrical, and piping works.
Requirements:
Graduate or Diploma of Associate Engineering (DAE) in Mechanical, Instrumentation, Electrical, or a related field.
3–5 years of experience in plant maintenance and shutdown execution.
Familiarity with the PTW system and safety protocols in industrial settings.
Strong technical knowledge in mechanical, instrumentation, electrical, or piping systems.
Excellent organizational and coordination skills to manage multiple work activities.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
