What You’ll Do

  • Lead and manage design teams for complex water supply projects.
  • Collaborate with Project Managers to ensure quality, budget, and schedule adherence.
  • Perform value engineering, review designs, and validate technical deliverables.
  • Represent the company in the engineering and water supply community.

What We’re Looking For

  • Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering (Master’s preferred).
  • Experience: 17+ years in water supply design, with expertise in large, complex projects.
  • Skills:
  • Advanced knowledge of WaterGems software.
  • Strong understanding of international engineering standards and codes.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Experience in preparing detailed design reports, tender documents, and technical specifications.
