Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Company Secretary at Prabhatam Group in Delhi, India. The Company Secretary will be responsible for handling legal, financial, and corporate governance matters, maintaining statutory books, organizing board meetings, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and corporate policies.

Qualifications
  • Legal, Financial, and Corporate Governance knowledge
  • Experience in maintaining statutory books and organizing board meetings
  • Regulatory Compliance and Policy Adherence skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, or related field
  • Relevant certification or membership with a professional body (e.g., ICSI)
