Job Description:

AAFT Elearn (AAFT Online) is seeking an experienced and dynamic Event Management Faculty member to join our team for our online Diploma Program in Event Management. This is a full-time, onsite opportunity. The ideal candidate will have extensive industry experience, a relevant degree in Event Management, and strong connections with industry professionals.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver curriculum for the Diploma Program in Event Management.
  • Conduct engaging and interactive live sessions, providing practical insights into event planning and execution.
  • Leverage industry connections to enhance the program’s quality and relevance.
  • Mentor and support students in their academic and professional growth.
  • Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback.
  • Stay updated with current trends and practices in the event management industry.

Qualifications:

  • Proven industry experience in event management.
  • A degree in Event Management is essential.
  • Prior teaching or training experience is highly desirable.
  • Strong connections with industry experts.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Ability to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
  • Passion for event management and education.
