A proven individual with experience in Installation of Wind turbine. # The Project Manager ensures timely delivery, adherence to safety and quality standards, cost control, and stakeholder satisfaction. # In-depth knowledge of Wind turbine Installation process. Knowledge of different cranes. Prepare project execution plans, schedules, and resource allocation for wind turbine installation # Ensure compliance with project specifications, technical requirements, and contractual obligations. # Lead and manage site teams including engineers, supervisors, technicians, labours, Vendors. # Coordinate logistics of cranes, transport, tools, and materials. # Implement Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC) procedures during installation. # Act as primary point of contact for clients, OEMs, contractors, and internal teams. # Conduct regular project review meetings and provide progress reports to management and customers. # Resolve conflicts, risks, and issues promptly to avoid delays. # Approve vendor/subcontractor invoices as per contract terms. # RCA & CAPA & its implementation. # Providing training to Installation team about SOP, good practices. B.E. Mechanical Engineering. #8–12 years of experience in wind energy, with at least 4–5 years in project management roles.
