The ideal candidate should be able to drive growth, enhance brand visibility, and execute high-impact marketing campaigns aligned with business objectives.Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute end-to-end marketing strategies to strengthen brand presence and drive business growth.- Lead brand positioning, communication planning, and identity management across all channels.- Oversee digital marketing, including performance marketing, SEO/SEM, social media, content, and online reputation.- Plan and manage marketing budgets, ensuring optimal ROI across campaigns.- Lead market research, competitor analysis, and consumer insights to guide product and market decisions.- Collaborate closely with sales, product, and senior leadership for integrated growth strategies.- Manage agency partners for creative, digital, PR, events, and media planning.- Drive campaigns, product launches, events, and brand activations.- Build and mentor a strong marketing team focused on creativity, innovation, and data-driven execution.- Ensure consistent and high-quality brand messaging across all platforms.Required Skills & Qualifications- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Management, or related field.- 10+ years of progressive experience in marketing, branding, or digital strategy (industry-specific experience preferred).- Proven track record of leading successful marketing strategies and brand initiatives.- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools, analytics, and marketing automation.- Excellent communication, leadership, and team management skills.- Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and convert insights into actions.Preferred Attributes- Experience with high-growth or brand-driven companies.- Strong creative and strategic thinking abilities.- Ability to work in fast-paced, dynamic environments.- Experience managing cross-functional teams and external agencies.
