We are seeking a skilled and innovative Product Designer to join our team, specializing in designing software and platforms that cater to user needs within our software and data-based company. As a Product Designer, you will play a pivotal role in creating an exceptional user experience through analytical thinking, creative problem-solving, and a deep understanding of user-centered design principles.

Roles & Responsibilities:
Lead design projects from conception to delivery, ensuring high-quality design solutions.
Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders to understand user needs, business requirements, and project goals.
Contribute to the development of design strategies that align with overall product vision and objectives.
Influence the overall user experience and design direction of products by leveraging your expertise and insights.
Translate product specifications and user psychology into intuitive user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes.
Conduct concept and usability testing, gather feedback, and iterate on designs based on user insights.
Facilitate stakeholder product vision through research, sketching, prototyping, and user testing for digital products.
Identify creative solutions to UX challenges, ensuring usability and findability across different interfaces and devices.
Design and deliver wireframes, user stories, user journeys, and mockups optimized for various platforms and devices.
Make strategic design and user experience decisions related to core and new product features.
Apply a user-centered design approach, rapidly test and iterate designs based on feedback and data-driven insights.
Effectively communicate design ideas, prototypes, and design rationale to development teams and stakeholders.
Stay updated on competitor products, industry trends, and emerging design technologies.
Requirements:
Must-haves:
3-6 years of professional experience in UI/UX or product design with a strong portfolio showcasing impactful projects.
Deep understanding of user-centered design principles, methodologies, user research, and usability testing.
Proficiency in Figma and other standard design software for creating interactive prototypes and high-fidelity wireframes.
Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and working in agile methodologies.
Proven ability to solve complex design problems, make strategic design decisions, and mentor junior designers.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate design concepts and rationale effectively.
Track record of contributing innovative ideas and solutions to design challenges.
Good-to-have:
Familiarity with specific industries or domains such as technology, data science, or related fields.
Experience in developing clear information architecture for complex software applications.
Strong visual design skills with an eye for aesthetics and attention to detail.
Knowledge of accessibility best practices and inclusive design principles.
Experience working in an agile development environment and contributing to design strategies.
Commitment to staying updated on design trends, tools, and industry advancements.
Nice-to-have:
Experience with design systems and motion design for user interfaces.
Basic understanding of front-end development technologies (HTML5, CSS3, Java Script).
Previous leadership experience in design teams or project management roles.
