About Us:

Biizline is India’s first live B2B order management app, revolutionizing how businesses connect and manage orders. We are looking for a dynamic Account Executive to join our team and play a key role in driving customer success and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Client Management:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for client queries, ensuring quick resolution and satisfaction.

2. Sales and Revenue:

  • Identify opportunities to upsell/cross-sell Biizline’s products and services to clients.
  • Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets by driving new business and renewals.

3. ZOHO CRM Management:

  • Utilize ZOHO CRM to manage leads, track sales, and monitor customer interactions.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client information, and revenue forecasts.

4. Reporting and Analysis:

  • Generate and analyze reports on client engagement, sales performance, and revenue growth.
  • Provide actionable insights to improve customer retention and satisfaction.

5. Collaboration:

  • Work closely with internal teams (marketing, product, and support) to ensure seamless client onboarding and satisfaction.
  • Provide feedback to the product team for feature improvements based on client needs.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales/account management.
  • Proficiency in ZOHO CRM is mandatory.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • A results-driven mindset with a passion for customer success.
