About Us:
Biizline is India’s first live B2B order management app, revolutionizing how businesses connect and manage orders. We are looking for a dynamic Account Executive to join our team and play a key role in driving customer success and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Client Management:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.
- Serve as the main point of contact for client queries, ensuring quick resolution and satisfaction.
2. Sales and Revenue:
- Identify opportunities to upsell/cross-sell Biizline’s products and services to clients.
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets by driving new business and renewals.
3. ZOHO CRM Management:
- Utilize ZOHO CRM to manage leads, track sales, and monitor customer interactions.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client information, and revenue forecasts.
4. Reporting and Analysis:
- Generate and analyze reports on client engagement, sales performance, and revenue growth.
- Provide actionable insights to improve customer retention and satisfaction.
5. Collaboration:
- Work closely with internal teams (marketing, product, and support) to ensure seamless client onboarding and satisfaction.
- Provide feedback to the product team for feature improvements based on client needs.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales/account management.
- Proficiency in ZOHO CRM is mandatory.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks effectively.
- A results-driven mindset with a passion for customer success.
