Job Title: Non-IT Recruiter Location: Delhi
Position Type: Full-Time
About the Role:
We are looking for a dedicated and resourceful non-IT recruiter to manage the hiring process for non-technical roles across various departments. The ideal candidate will have expertise in sourcing and recruiting talent for roles such as sales, marketing, operations, HR, and finance, ensuring alignment with the company’s goals and values.
Key Responsibilities:
1 Talent Sourcing:
Develop and implement sourcing strategies to attract top-tier candidates for non-IT roles.
Leverage job boards, social media platforms, professional networks, and referrals to identify potential candidates.
2 Recruitment Process Management:
Handle the end-to-end recruitment cycle, from creating job descriptions to onboarding.
Conduct pre-screening, and interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers for final rounds.
Schedule interviews, manage feedback, and ensure a seamless candidate experience.
3 Stakeholder Collaboration:
Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and team dynamics.
Provide guidance on market trends, candidate availability, and competitive compensation.
4 Candidate Evaluation:
Assess candidates' qualifications, cultural fit, and alignment with the organization's values.
Use various assessment tools and techniques to evaluate skills and capabilities.
5 Employer Branding:
Actively promote the company’s culture and values to attract high-quality candidates.
Represent the company at networking events, job fairs, and other recruitment activities.
6 Data and Reporting:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information in the ATS.
Track and report recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill and cost-per-hire.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
1-4 years of experience in recruiting for non-technical roles.
Strong understanding of recruitment tools and sourcing techniques.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with employment laws and compliance requirements.
Preferred Skills:
Experience recruiting for diverse roles across multiple domains.
Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
