Consultant – Data & AI SME Years of Exp: 6+ years of Industry/Consulting Experience Advise clients on AI strategy, identifying high-impact use cases, building adoption roadmaps, and ensuring alignment with business priorities and industry trends. · Shape product strategies, operating models, and transformation roadmaps for AI-driven initiatives across industries such as Mobility, Smart Cities, Aftersales Services, and Smart Connected Products. · Develop and present executive-level recommendations, proposals, and business cases that clearly articulate the ROI and strategic impact of AI-enabled transformations. · Preferred Experience · Proven experience in defining, managing, or delivering projects with a significant AI or Gen AI component. Business–Technology Bridge: Skilled at translating business needs into AI solutions, acting as the primary interface between stakeholders and technical teams, and driving agile delivery of AI-enabled products. · Strong understanding of LLMs, prompt engineering, and enterprise applications, with familiarity across major AI platforms (Azure AI, Google Cloud AI, AWS AI) and integration into enterprise systems (SAP, Salesforce, ServiceNow). · Responsible AI: Awareness of AI governance, ethics, and risk frameworks, with experience in guiding clients on responsible AI adoption. · o PRD (CGS, Products) – Aftermarket services, customer experience, FSM, SAP platforms, and process mining with Data/AI-enabled transformation. o Automobile & Industrial – SDV enablement, connected/EV/autonomous vehicles, mobility solutions (MaaS, diagnostics), compliance & safety standards (ISO 26262, ASPICE, UN-R155). o Platforms (SAP, PTC, NVIDIA) – Expertise in SAP PPM/PS/CPM/CPQ/EWM and emerging platforms (PTC, NVIDIA, Honeywell). o MedTech / Pharma – SaMD, SiMD, biopharma platforms (Salesforce, IQVIA, Veeva), QMS systems (Trackwise, Veeva), GxP compliance, and digital engineering for R&D, QA/QC. o H&PS / Utilities (Smart Cities, Public Sector) – Smart metering, iCCC, worker safety, waste & sustainability, with expertise in Digital Twins, GIS, IoT and AI use cases for governance and service delivery. o A&D & CMT – Product lifecycle & design transformation using PLM/ALM (JIRA, ADO, Confluence, PTC, Servigistics), plus SDLC processes, warranty, and tech publications. · Consulting Acumen: Proven track record in digital transformation, multi-disciplinary team leadership, and executive stakeholder engagement in technology-intensive industries. · Preferred Background: MBA or equivalent management qualification combined with an engineering or technology foundation.
