>>Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced MSME Finance Expert to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, particularly in lending to commercial and industrial sectors. This role requires a deep understanding of various MSME and entrepreneurship-related schemes of the Government of India and various states, such as TReDS, CGTMSE, etc. Excellent communication and presentation skills are essential.
>>Work Experience
3-6 years of experience in finance, with a focus on commercial and industrial lending.
Proven track record of working with MSMEs and understanding their financial needs.
Experience in implementing and managing government schemes related to MSMEs.
>>Preferred Experience
Exposure to various MSME and entrepreneurship schemes of the Government of India and states.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to assess financial statements and business plans.
Experience in stakeholder management and building relationships with financial institutions and MSMEs.

A proactive and self-motivated professional with a passion for supporting MSMEs.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

MBA, preferably in Finance
