Job description:About the RoleWe are seeking enthusiastic and driven BBA graduates to join our HR Shared Services team as Apprentices. This opportunity offers hands-on experience in global HR operations, with exposure to onboarding, employee lifecycle management, and compliance processes.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport pre-onboarding, onboarding, and post-onboarding activitiesAssist in employee lifecycle processes including offboarding and background verificationParticipate in AskHR ticket resolution and other transactional HR tasksFollow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and maintain complianceRotate across HR functions to gain broad exposure and identify areas of strengthEligibility CriteriaMust be a BBA graduate (HR)Graduation year must be 2021, 2022, 2023, 2024, or 2025Degree must be from an institute approved by AICTE or equivalentMust possess a valid degree certificateMust not be registered on the NATS portal with another organisationMust not have previously worked as an apprenticeWork ScheduleMonday to Friday , 8:30 AM – 5:30 PMOn-site attendance required for all working days (22 days/month)Follows India public holiday calendar
