Job Title: Business Development Manager (BDM)

CTC: Up to ₹5 LPA


TreeVeda Foods is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Manager (BDM) to lead and manage our sales team, drive revenue growth, and expand our market presence. The BDM will play a pivotal role in achieving our business targets, building strong relationships with clients, and spearheading the geographical expansion of the company.


Key Responsibilities


1. Sales Team Management


  • Lead, motivate, and mentor the sales team to achieve individual and team targets.
  • Develop performance benchmarks and conduct regular performance reviews.
  • Organize training sessions to enhance sales techniques and product knowledge.
  • Foster a collaborative and results-driven team culture.




2. Sales Growth & Revenue Generation


  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
  • Monitor sales pipelines and ensure effective execution of sales plans.
  • Identify and capitalize on upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies.




3. Client Relationship Management


  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients and partners.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for client queries and feedback.
  • Ensure exceptional customer service to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Negotiate and close deals, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes.




4. Geographical Expansion


  • Identify new markets and regions for business expansion.
  • Conduct market research to understand local demand and competition.
  • Develop partnerships with distributors, retailers, and other stakeholders in target regions.
  • Plan and execute launch strategies for new territories.




5. Strategic Planning & Reporting


  • Set monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets aligned with company objectives.
  • Prepare detailed sales forecasts, reports, and presentations for senior management.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align campaigns with sales goals.
  • Use data-driven insights to optimize sales performance and market strategies.

Key Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or a related role, preferably in the FMCG or food industry.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience in managing and inspiring sales teams.
  • Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills.
  • Strategic thinker with a results-driven approach.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in CRM tools.
  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
