Position-Business Presentation Specialist
Salary -16-17 LPA
Key Responsibilities:
1. Presentation Creation & Design:
Develop and design high-quality, visually engaging PowerPoint, Google Slides, or other digital presentations.
Transform complex data and ideas into clear, concise, and persuasive visual content.
Customize templates, graphics, animations, and interactive elements to enhance engagement.
2. Collaboration & Content Development:
Work closely with executives, business leaders, and subject matter experts to understand presentation goals and objectives.
Gather and organize content (e.g., reports, data, research) to create persuasive presentations.
Edit and proofread content for clarity, grammar, and alignment with company voice.
3. Brand Alignment:
Ensure all presentations adhere to company branding guidelines, tone, and messaging.
Maintain consistency across all presentation materials, whether for internal stakeholders or external clients.
4. Data Visualization:
Design and integrate charts, graphs, and other data visualization tools to simplify and enhance the understanding of complex data.
Use storytelling techniques to present data in a compelling and audience-friendly manner.
5. Presentation Delivery Support:
Assist executives or sales teams in rehearsing and refining presentations.
Provide technical support during live presentations (e.g., setup, transitions, etc.).
Ensure presentations are available in various formats (PDF, video, interactive slides) for different delivery channels.
6. Feedback & Revision:
Collect feedback from stakeholders and incorporate revisions to improve the overall quality of presentations.
Continuously improve design and content creation processes based on feedback and evolving business needs.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in presentation design, corporate communication, or a related field.
Design Tools Expertise:
Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Google Slides, Keynote, and other relevant presentation software.
Strong understanding of graphic design principles and visual storytelling.
Communication Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to collaborate effectively with senior executives and other stakeholders.
Ability to tailor messages and content for different audiences (internal teams, clients, investors, etc.).
Creativity & Attention to Detail:
Strong design sensibility with a keen eye for detail and consistency.
Ability to present complex ideas in a simple, digestible manner.
Project Management:
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams, collaborating with various departments and stakeholders.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with advanced graphic design tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
Familiarity with other presentation formats (e.g., Prezi, interactive presentations, or video-based presentations).
Experience in corporate branding and understanding of marketing communication strategies.
Familiarity with animation software or multimedia tools (e.g., Adobe After Effects) is a plus.
Work Environment:
