Preferables: Experience in QSR/Retail/Pharma industries. Minimum 4-5 years experience in Fixed Asset Management
Role & responsibilities
Planning and completion of requirement of statutory Audit and limited review as per defined timelines as per Ind AS.
Build work relations of the team with internal team and external auditors.
Effective Vendor management - Oversee the CAPEX payable management system.
Execution and monitoring developments on the fixed assets – Ensuring Capex budget control including addition, deletion, sale of scrap assets and depreciation. Ensuring all compliance are met with 100%
Monitor developments on the insurance processes which includes tracking of insurance pending claims, requirement of document for claim to be filled within timelines, assessment of insurance coverage – Ensuring all compliance are met with 100%
EVA closure
Monitoring of capex CWIP & Provisions account
Ensuring that internal control processes are built and adhered
Ensure physical verification conducted and adjustment done in books of account as per plan.
Ensure IFC compliance
Enhancement in the Process as per the Business Requirement.
