What You’ll Do:
As a ServiceNow Developer , you will:
- Design, develop, and implement custom ServiceNow applications and modules to meet specific business needs.
- Customize and configure ServiceNow modules, including Incident, Problem, Change Management, Service Catalog, and Asset Management.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including business analysts and project managers, to understand requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
- Create and maintain ServiceNow workflows, UI pages, and business rules to automate and streamline business processes.
- Integrate ServiceNow with third-party applications using web services, REST APIs, and other integration tools.
- Develop and enhance reports, dashboards , and performance analytics to provide insightful data for decision-making.
- Implement best practices for ServiceNow development, ensuring code quality, scalability, and maintainability.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues within the ServiceNow environment.
- Conduct code reviews , and collaborate with the team to ensure adherence to development standards.
- Provide end-user support and training as needed, ensuring smooth adoption of ServiceNow functionalities.
Key Skills & Technologies:
- 8+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development and administration.
- Strong proficiency in ServiceNow scripting , including Client Scripts , Business Rules , Script Includes , UI Actions , UI Policies , and Scheduled Jobs .
- Experience in configuring and customizing ServiceNow ITSM modules such as Incident Management, Change Management, Problem Management, Service Catalog, CMDB, and Asset Management.
- Expertise in integrating ServiceNow with third-party tools and systems via REST APIs , SOAP , and MID Server .
- Experience with ServiceNow Discovery , Orchestration , and Performance Analytics .
- Familiarity with ServiceNow ITOM (IT Operations Management) and ITBM (IT Business Management) is a plus.
- Strong understanding of ITIL processes and how they relate to ServiceNow workflows.
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow Studio , Application Creator , and App Engine .
- Experience with Version Control and Continuous Integration/Deployment practices.
- JavaScript expertise, including knowledge of AngularJS , is a bonus.
- Good understanding of database concepts , including SQL and MySQL .
- Agile development experience is preferred.

- 8+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer or Administrator.
- Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow customization and integration.
- Experience with UI/UX design and building user-friendly interfaces.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Solid understanding of ITIL processes, particularly in areas like Incident, Change, and Asset Management.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- A proactive, self-starter attitude with the ability to drive initiatives and own deliverables.
