About the position:

We are seeking a highly skilled Web Analytics Lead to oversee our digital analytics strategy and drive actionable insights from our online properties. The candidate should possess a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of web analytics tools and methodologies. The candidate will play a critical role in optimizing the accounts’ digital performance, identifying areas for improvement leading to strategic decision-making.

Responsibilities:

  • Technical Lead who plays the role of a strategic partner to the channel marketing team and helps build analytics roadmap based on maturity and readiness of the web analytics data from platforms like GA4, GA360 and GTM. Develop comprehensive strategies for implementing GA4, GTM, and GA360 to meet client objectives.
  • Performance reporting & insights generation based on the data attributed in analytics platform. Should be able to build analytics roadmaps based on client goals & requirements and web analytics activities applicable for the business account. Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to continually enhance strategies.
  • Lead a team of analysts, providing mentorship and guidance to ensure project success and foster a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and knowledge sharing.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely resolutions to the team and stakeholders. Also, conduct thorough QA checks to ensure accuracy and reliability of data collected, shared as a deliverable by the team. Serve as the primary point of contact for technical discussions and updates. Conduct regular training sessions to upskill team members on GA4, GTM, and GA360.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and clients. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and align strategies accordingly. Collaborate with the development team to ensure smooth implementation of tracking solutions.
  • Take ownership of all assigned tasks and deliverables, ensuring quality and meeting the timelines. Maintain a high level of accountability for project outcomes and team deliverables. Proactively identify opportunities for improvement and drive initiatives to enhance performance.
  • Create and maintain detailed documentation for tracking implementations, configurations, and strategies. Develop compelling presentations and strategy plans to communicate findings and insights effectively.
  • Generate insightful reports using Google Analytics and other tools to provide actionable recommendations.


Additional skills:

  • Familiarity with other analytics and tag management platforms like Firebase Analytics and Web Analytics tools.
  • Exposure to performance marketing (SEM), SEO, and other digital marketing channels.
