The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to convert leads into long-term business relationships.Key Responsibilities Visit clients, dealers, and distributors to promote and sell FRP productsGenerate leads and convert them into sales opportunitiesBuild and maintain strong relationships with customers and channel partnersUnderstand customer needs and suggest suitable product solutionsAchieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targetsCoordinate with internal teams for order processing and delivery follow-upMaintain sales records, follow-ups, and reporting regularlyParticipate in exhibitions, trade fairs, and field activitiesQualifications 12th pass / Graduate in any field (Commerce or Marketing preferred)2–7 years of experience in field sales , preferably in building materials, infrastructure, or construction productsExcellent communication and negotiation skillsBasic computer knowledge (MS Office, WhatsApp, Email)Self-driven, target-oriented, and willing to travel locallyWhy Join Us?
