We are seeking a highly experienced SAP SuccessFactors SCDP Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors and must have led at least 2 full end-to-end SCDP implementation projects . You will work closely with HR and business stakeholders to implement, configure, and optimize Succession & Development Planning (SCDP) solutions to support talent management and workforce planning initiatives. Strong expertise in SAP SuccessFactors SCDP configuration and implementation. Experience with Succession & Development Planning, Talent Pools, Career & Development Plans, and Calibration processes . Knowledge of SuccessFactors integration with Employee Central, LMS, and Performance & Goals . Lead end-to-end SuccessFactors SCDP implementations , including requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support. Configure and maintain succession planning, talent pools, career & development plans , and talent review processes within SCDP. Conduct talent reviews, calibration sessions , and support leadership in identifying successors for critical roles. Integrate SCDP with other SuccessFactors modules such as Employee Central, Performance & Goals, and Learning (LMS) . Develop dashboards and reports to provide actionable insights on talent gaps, bench strength, and workforce readiness. Conduct UAT, training, and knowledge
