About the Company:
We are seeking an innovative and experienced Brand Marketing leader who specializes in modern, fast-paced content marketing strategies and organic growth tactics. This role is crucial for enhancing our brand positioning and driving consumer engagement through dynamic and strategic marketing approaches, particularly in the B2 C and D2 C sectors.
Responsibilities:
Innovative Content Strategy: Spearhead the development of a high-velocity content marketing strategy, focusing on creating and disseminating engaging, relevant, and topical content that resonates with our target audiences. Ensure content is optimized for both speed of production and impact.
Organic Marketing Leadership: Drive organic marketing efforts to enhance brand visibility and engagement without reliance on paid advertising. Develop strategies that leverage SEO, social media, and other channels to grow organic reach effectively.
Agency Collaboration: Work closely with marketing agencies to craft and execute marketing campaigns that align with our brand's voice and goals. Manage relationships with creative and digital marketing agencies to ensure deliverables are strategic and high-quality.
Brand Positioning: Define and refine Healthify’s brand positioning within the D2 C landscape, ensuring that our brand stands out in a competitive market and resonates deeply with our consumer base.
Team Management: Lead and inspire a team of marketing professionals, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
6-8 years of experience in brand marketing with a proven track record in new-age tech companies focused on B2 C or D2 C sectors.
Expertise in developing and implementing effective content marketing and organic growth strategies.
Strong experience working with marketing/advertising agencies, overseeing campaign development and execution, and ensuring consistent brand messaging.
Deep understanding of brand positioning strategies, particularly within the D2 C domain.
Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to manage and mentor a dynamic marketing team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, essential for building internal and external relationships.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree preferred
