Helping to assist with the development of investment strategies. Working as part of a dedicated asset class specialist team and interacting researchers and external managers across all asset classes, including private and unlisted markets, to find the best solutions for clients. Collaborating closely with a market leading, dedicated sustainable investment team to assist development of ESG and Retirement policies and general investment solutions for client portfolios. Being part of a genuinely global business and leveraging resources and scale to meet local needs. What you need to have: 4+ years’ experience with investment management/investment research/portfolio management/asset management & global macro Strong understanding of at least one asset class – equity/fixed income/private markets BE/B Tech from a top tier college and/or master’s in finance/financial engineering/ Econometrics/Quantitative Finance Comfortable with analysis, modelling and research across the wealth consulting spectrum What makes you stand out Any progress towards FRM, CFA or CAIA is a plus Strong communication Mercer believes in building brighter futures by redefining the world of work, reshaping retirement and investment outcomes, and unlocking real health and well-being.
