Drive end-to-end hiring for Sales, Operations, Business, and Senior Non-Tech roles. Build pipelines like a pro — from LinkedIn and cold reachouts to referrals and networking magic. Partner with leadership teams to identify the right talent fit — not just skill-wise, but culture-wise. A hustler who loves the chase — you enjoy closing top talent as much as a salesperson enjoys closing deals. ~ 2–5 years of experience in Non-Tech/Business hiring (Sales, Operations, Marketing, etc.) ~ Sharp communication skills, creative sourcing techniques, and an unshakable enthusiasm for people. ~ Collaborate with some of the most brilliant minds in travel, business, and tech.
