Job Description : Salesforce Developer (Entry Level)

Summary of the Role:

As an Entry-Level Salesforce Developer, you will play a key role in the design, development, and implementation of Salesforce applications. Success in this position involves collaborating with senior developers to create solutions that enhance user experience and maximize system efficiency. You will work closely with various departments to ensure that Salesforce solutions meet business needs and support organizational goals. Comprehensive on-the-job training related to Salesforce will be provided to ensure your success and growth in the role.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and Customize Salesforce Applications: Work with senior developers to code, test, and implement custom Salesforce solutions that meet business requirements.
  2. Analyze User Requirements: Collaborate with end-users to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  3. Support and Maintenance: Provide ongoing support and maintenance of Salesforce applications to ensure optimal performance.
  4. Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation of code, configurations, and processes.
  5. Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with other developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of Salesforce applications with other systems.
  6. Stay Updated: Keep abreast of the latest Salesforce features and best practices to continuously improve development processes.

Qualifications:

  1. Education : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  2. Experience : 0-1 year of experience in Salesforce development or a related field.
  3. Skills :
  • Basic coding skills
  • Knowledge of Java and JavaScript
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies
