We have following open position for one of our client’s Office in Dubai, UAE:


Job Title: Finance Officer (CA)

Reports To: Chief Financial Officer (CFO)


Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Officer (Chartered Accountant) with 5+ years of experience in a contracting company in financial management, reporting, and analysis, ideally with experience in the Gulf or Middle East region.

This position offers a fantastic opportunity to join a growing organization in Dubai, where the Finance Officer will work directly with the CFO and play a key role in overseeing the financial operations and ensuring the accuracy of financial reporting.

Qualifications:

Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is mandatory.

5+ years of professional experience in finance or accounting, ideally in the Gulf or Middle East region.

Skills & Competencies:

• In-depth knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, and financial analysis.

• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks) and advanced MS Excel skills.

• Strong understanding of cash flow management, financial risk, and working capital optimization.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders.

• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure to meet deadlines.

• Experience working in the UAE/GCC region is highly desirable, with knowledge of the local regulatory and tax environment.

• Leadership potential with the ability to manage junior finance staff and mentor team members.
