We value innovation, ownership, and excellence.Role OverviewWe are seeking a skilled Frontend Developer with expertise in React and TypeScript to join our product engineering team. You will be responsible for building high-performance, user-centric web applications and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless user experiences.Key Responsibilities- Develop, test, and maintain scalable, responsive user interfaces using React, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.- Implement reusable UI components and front-end libraries.- Work closely with product managers, UX designers, and backend engineers to translate requirements into performant features.- Optimize applications for speed, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility.- Integrate RESTful and/or GraphQL APIs.- Participate in code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and ensure high code quality.- Contribute to front-end architecture decisions, tooling, and development best practices.- Troubleshoot UI problems and implement robust solutions.Required Skills & Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).- 5–8+ years of hands-on experience in modern frontend development.- Strong proficiency in React (Hooks, Context, React Router).- Strong experience with TypeScript in production environments.- Experience with state management (Redux, Zustand, Recoil, or Context API).- Solid understanding of JavaScript (ES6+), HTML, and CSS/SASS.- Experience with UI testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library).- Familiarity with build tools like Webpack, Vite, or Parcel.- Knowledge of Git, CI/CD workflows, and agile development practices.Preferred / Bonus Skills- Experience with Next.js or server-side rendering.- Familiarity with GraphQL, Apollo Client, or Relay.- Knowledge of UI/UX principles and design systems (Material UI, Tailwind, Chakra, Ant Design).- Experience working with micro-frontends.- Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).- Understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG).Soft Skills- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.- Ability to work in a fast-paced, innovative environment.- Ownership and accountability towards tasks and deliverables.
