Job Overview:
Auralis AI is seeking a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Developer to design and implement intuitive, engaging, and user-centric experiences across our digital platforms. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business goals into seamless digital experiences, ensuring optimal usability and a visually appealing design. This is a remote, full-time position where you will have the opportunity to work on cutting-edge AI-driven projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and develop responsive, user-friendly web and mobile interfaces in alignment with Auralis AI’s brand and objectives.
Collaborate with product managers, designers, and developers to gather and analyze user requirements.
Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to visualize ideas and iterate on designs.
Ensure design consistency through the creation and maintenance of a design system.
Conduct user research, A/B testing, and usability studies to inform design decisions.
Optimize UI/UX designs for performance, accessibility, and mobile responsiveness.
Collaborate with developers to ensure seamless integration of designs with backend systems.
Stay up to date on industry trends, tools, and innovations to enhance Auralis AI’s user experience.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a UI/UX Developer or in a similar role, with a strong portfolio demonstrating your design and front-end development skills.
Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
Deep understanding of responsive design, cross-browser compatibility, and mobile-first development.
Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) and SEO best practices.
Experience with user research, A/B testing, and creating user personas.
Strong attention to detail and an ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in UI/UX design.
Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with diverse teams.
Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems creatively and efficiently
.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with prototyping and collaboration tools such as In Vision, Marvel, or similar.
Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and project management tools like Jira or Trello.
Knowledge of motion graphics and animation in UI/UX design.
