Job Role:
As a Business Development Executive, you will play a key role in driving the
growth of our IT recruitment and staffing services. Your primary responsibility
will be to acquire new clients, build long-term business relationships, and
manage the end-to-end sales process. This role requires a proactive approach
to identify opportunities in the IT sector and work closely with clients to meet
their recruitment needs.
Responsibilities:
 Identify and generate leads for potential clients in the IT industry.
 Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers and hiring
managers.
 Develop customized staffing solutions that align with client needs.
 Negotiate contracts and close business deals.
 Work with internal teams to ensure successful delivery of recruitment
services.
 Stay updated on market trends and competitive intelligence.
 Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to company revenue
growth.
Requirements:
 Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
 Proven 5+ years of experience in business development or sales, ideally
in IT recruitment/staffing.
 Strong understanding of IT industry trends and staffing needs.
 Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
 Ability to work independently and handle multiple client accounts.
