Experience & Hands-on Skills: ~2–5 years of hands-on experience in AI/ML Engineering. ~ Experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems and pipelines, vector databases or autonomous agents. ~ Strong Python programming skills and proficiency with ML frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, and Hugging Face Transformers. ~ Databases: PostgreSQL, MySQL, NoSQL, Vector DBs (Pinecone, FAISS, Weaviate, Qdrant). ~ Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS (S3, Lambda, RDS, SageMaker), Azure, or GCP. ~ Practical experience deploying production-ready AI applications with MLOps best practices, CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and Kubernetes. ~ Deep proficiency in AI model engineering including training, fine-tuning, optimizing, and quantizing LLMs and other deep learning architectures. ~ Model evaluation and monitoring in production environments. ~ Familiarity with architectural frameworks like LangChain, LlamaIndex, Haystack, LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI, Agno, or similar for AI agent development. ~ Ability to rapidly prototype AI-driven features and collaborate with product teams in an agile startup environment. ~ Experience with deep learning projects using CNN, GAN, Transformers, Encoder and Decoder algorithms. · Effective use of AI developer tools (Cursor AI, Codex, Copilot, Gemini ) in real-world engineering workflows. · - Exposure to agentic frameworks and AI concepts such as : MCP, Multi-Agent Systems (MAS), Belief-Desire-Intention (BDI), or NLP pipelines. · Understanding of LLM architectures such as Transformers and Auto-Encoders. Note: This position requires working onsite from Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM . During the probation period, the company will not provide an office laptop.
