Role Description

We are looking for a talented Full Stack Developer with expertise in Node.js and React to join our dynamic team. In this role, you'll build, optimize, and scale modern applications while contributing to both the front-end and back-end. If you're passionate about solving complex problems, have an eye for detail, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you.

Note: This is a full-time on-site (5 days in the office) role.


Key Responsibilities

Develop Scalable Applications: Design, build, and maintain robust web applications using React for the front-end and Node.js for the back-end.

API Development: Create and optimize RESTful and GraphQL APIs to integrate with various services and platforms.

Database Management: Work with databases like MongoDB, PostgreSQL, or MySQL to ensure data consistency and performance.

Code Quality: Write clean, modular, and maintainable code, adhering to best practices.

Collaboration: Work closely with designers, product managers, and other developers to deliver seamless user experiences.

Testing: Ensure applications are bug-free through automated testing (e.g., Jest, Mocha) and debugging processes.

Deployment & Maintenance: Manage CI/CD pipelines and maintain cloud-based deployments using AWS


Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript with strong knowledge of ES6+ features.
  • Experience with React (including hooks, state management libraries like Redux or Context API).
  • Backend Expertise: Hands-on experience with Node.js and frameworks like Express.js, NestJS, or similar.
  • Database Management: Strong knowledge of SQL and/or NoSQL databases.
  • Version Control: Proficiency with Git and workflows.
  • Cloud Platforms: Familiarity with cloud environments and tools like AWS, Docker, or Kubernetes.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Team Player: Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a collaborative environment.


Nice To Have

  • Experience with PHP framworks like CodeIgniter or Laravel
  • Experience in other frontend technologies like Angular/Vue
  • Experience with Nodejs stream handling
  • Experience designing systems using AWS
