Job Opening: PLC Engineer / Trainer Location: Cochin (Hybrid – UK-Based Coordination) Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent Salary: ₹70,000 – ₹140,000 per month (depending on experience) Wartens is an ISO 9001:2015 certified global leader in industrial automation training. We specialize in PLC, SCADA, HMI, Robotics, and Industry 4.0 technologies. Operating across the UK, USA, UAE, and India, we are at the forefront of immersive learning experiences and next-generation automation solutions. Do NOT apply if you do not have hands-on experience with PLC or SCADA systems. #Do NOT apply if you are not fluent in English or lack strong communication skills. This role requires deep technical expertise and the ability to deliver high-quality training in English to an international audience. Deliver Professional Training: Teach industry-relevant content on PLC (Siemens, Allen Bradley, etc.), R&D and Program Development: Write PLC programs from scratch and engage in cutting-edge research on emerging automation technologies. Update and restructure training modules aligned with the latest trends and standards in industrial automation. Technology Integration: Incorporate Industry 4.0, AI, IIoT, and VR technologies into training for a next-gen learning experience. Coordinate with UK and international teams to ensure high-quality training delivery across borders. Solid experience in PLC programming (Siemens S7, TIA Portal, Allen Bradley Studio 5000, etc.) Training & Communication Skills ~ Strong English communication and presentation skills are mandatory. ~3–5 years of professional experience in industrial automation ~ Willingness to travel for international onsite training programs when required.
