Role: Recruitment Manager – US Recruitment/StaffingLocation: Pune (100% Onsite)Shift: US Shift (Night)Experience Required: 10+ Years Total, 4+ Years in Team ManagementAbout the Role:Lead, mentor, and develop a team of recruiters, providing guidance and support to achieve individual and team goals.Foster a collaborative and positive team environment to enhance productivity and morale.Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract, evaluate, and hire qualified candidates for various roles within the organization.Collaborate with department heads, hiring managers, and clients to understand and prioritize staffing needs.Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals, to identify potential candidates.Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.Oversee the interview process, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for candidates.Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and clients to ensure alignment and satisfaction with the recruitment process.Ensure compliance with company and client policies, as well as applicable recruitment standards.Generate and present regular reports to senior management on recruitment activities, challenges, and successes.Candidate Requirements:Excellent communication and client-handling skills.10+ years of total experience, with a minimum of 4 years in a team handling role.Strong leadership and team management abilities in a high-performance environment.Experience in both Tech and Non-Tech hiring for US staffing/recruitment.Familiarity with various recruitment tools, ATS platforms, and sourcing technologies.Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution capabilities.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a strong work ethic and results-driven mindset.Other Benefits & PerksBoth Side CabsMedical + Accidental insuranceRewards & Recognition Programs- monthly, annually
