Technical Xperts Group (TXG) is seeking talented BIM professionals to join our team We are looking for experienced BIM Managers, BIM Coordinators, BIM Leads, Senior BIM Engineers, and BIM modelers to help us deliver high-quality projects to our clients.
1. BIM MANAGERS
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 10-12 Years of experience in the respected field (Architectural/Mechanical/Electrical)
- Excellent skills in Autodesk Revit, BIM 360, Navisworks, AutoCAD & other related Software
- Must have Experience in handling GCC projects.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Set up project teams and manage BIM model collaboration.
- Develop and maintain BIM templates, libraries, and families.
- Ensure model quality, accuracy, and technology implementation.
- Prepare BIM execution plans and attend coordination meetings.
- Monitor progress and control production, ensuring deadlines are met.
- Generate project reports and maintain up-to-date BIM standards.
2. BIM COORDINATORS
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 7-10 Years of experience in the respected field (Architectural/Mechanical/Electrical)
- Excellent skills in Autodesk Revit, BIM 360, Navisworks, AutoCAD & other related Software.
- Must have Experience in handling GCC projects.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Act as the main BIM contact and manage model coordination.
- Train new users and maintain updated knowledge of BIM standards.
- Review models, conduct clash detection, and manage revisions.
- Ensure model accuracy, generate BIM deliverables, and troubleshoot issues.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and support BIM-related questions.
3. BIM LEADS
QUALIFICATIONS:
- More than 5-7 Years of experience in the respected field (Architectural/Mechanical/Electrical).
- Excellent skills in AutoCAD Revit, BIM 360, Navisworks, AutoCAD & other related Software.
- Must have Experience in handling GCC projects.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead the BIM team, including engineers, modelers, and CAD draftsmen.
- Oversee model management, coordination, and quality control.
- Conduct coordination meetings and resolve design-related issues.
- Ensure alignment between design engineers and the onsite team.
- Monitor productivity and attend client progress meetings.
4. SENIOR BIM ENGINEERS
QUALIFICATIONS:
- More than 3-5 Years of experience in the respected field (Architectural/Mechanical/Electrical).
- Excellent skills in AutoCAD Revit, BIM 360, AutoCAD & other related Software.
- Must have Experience in handling
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead the modeling team and manage the BIM model updates.
- Coordinate design decisions with project specifications and standards.
- Create detailed construction drawings and ensure system knowledge.
- Ensure quality control of models and attend project meetings.
- Stay updated with the latest BIM software and technologies.
5. BIM MODELLERS
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum of 3 Years of experience in the respected field (Architectural/Mechanical/Electrical).
- Must be proficient in Autodesk Revit, as well as 2D CAD and 3D modeling, Shop Drawing preparation/Detailing of Drawings, etc.
- Must have Experience in handling GCC projects.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Create 3D models and detailed construction drawings using Revit.
- Perform clash detection, family creation, and service coordination.
- Ensure model updates and assist with BIM-related queries.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and the design team.
- Perform quality checks on models and generate project reports.
