Efficient Works Technologies is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Word Press Developer to join our team in Chennai. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Word Press development, including theme and plugin development, and experience with Woo Commerce for building and customizing e-commerce solutions.
Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain custom Word Press websites and e-commerce solutions using Woo Commerce.
Develop and maintain custom Word Press themes and plugins.
Integrate Word Press with third-party APIs and services.
Optimize Word Press websites for performance and security.
Troubleshoot and resolve Word Press issues.
Collaborate with other developers, designers, and project managers.
Requirements:
3+ years of experience in Word Press development.
Strong understanding of Word Press core concepts, including theme and plugin development.
Experience with Woo Commerce for building and customizing e-commerce solutions.
Proficiency in HTML, CSS, Tailwind CSS, and Java Script (ES6+).
Experience with React and Gutenberg Block Native development.
Familiarity with modern frontend development tools like npm, Vite, and Composer.
Experience with REST APIs and unit testing (TDD).
Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Nice to Have:
Experience with other e-commerce platforms like Shopify or Magento.
Experience with cloud hosting.
