Lead Engineer/Technical Lead

Oversee end-to-end technical delivery, from architecture to deployment. Guide the team in problem-solving, coding best practices, and performance optimization. Review and improve system design, code quality, and development workflows. Provide technical direction and contribute actively to backend development using Node.js and/or Golang. Collaborate across teams to ensure timely project delivery in a fast-paced startup environment. 7–10 years of hands-on software development experience. ~ Strong proficiency in Node.js and Golang; experience with Django is a plus. ~ Experience in IT Service Industry is a must. ~ Proven experience leading and managing engineering teams. ~ Excellent understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and scalability principles. ~ Prior startup experience is highly desirable. ~ Ability to handle multiple projects and deliver results in an agile environment.
