HRIS Business Analyst – SuccessFactors Security

Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate a team of internal and external HRIS professionals to ensure proper governance and change control for the SuccessFactors landscapeSupport audits and access reviews by monitoring audit logs and providing evidence and analysis on user permissionsReport on the Incident resolution related to support and HRIS tickets and incidentsDesign, configure and manage RBP structures across all SuccessFactors modules with country specific requirementsEnsure role design adheres to principles of least privilege and segregation of dutiesContribute to the continuous improvement in the HR systems areaConduct periodic RBP audits, access reviews, risk assessment and maintain comprehensive documentationConduct reviews on Change Management process within the team across the SuccessFactors modulesMaintain documentation for all RBP structures, including roles, workflows, and approval processesSupport adherence to internal policies, GDPR, SOC, SOX and other regulatory frameworks if applicableParticipate in internal and external audits, supporting the collection of evidence and mitigation plansCollaborate with InfoSec and Compliance teams to align platform controls with enterprise standardsCoordinate half yearly SuccessFactors releases/upgrades; assess impact, test, and communicate changesMaintain system health, monitor logs, troubleshoot performance or access issuesMain qualificationsBachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, Computer science or related field7+ years of experience within HRIS roleExperience in a consulting company is a plusDeep knowledge of HR processesExtensive hands-on experience on HR systems such as SuccessFactors and related applicationsExpert level knowledge Role Based Permissions and the SuccessFactors landscapeAbility to interact with compliance team and business stakeholdersExperience with compliance frameworks like GDPR, SOX, or SOCCertification in SuccessFactors Employee Central and other modules is a plusExcellent knowledge of IT infrastructure, IT Security and HRIS best practicesExcellent communication skillsExperience working in global, cross-functional teamsAbility to work independently, in teams, and manage multiple priorities
