Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Manager/Assistant Manager position at BDO India, located in Bengaluru. The Manager/Assistant Manager will be responsible for day-to-day tasks including managing client relationships, providing advisory services, conducting financial analysis, overseeing project delivery, and coordinating with cross-functional teams. This role will require working primarily from our Bengaluru office.
Qualifications/Ideal Attributes
- Strong IFRS/Ind AS/US GAAP experience
- Passionate about accounting (being updated, reading annual reports, publications)
- Strong client relationship management and communication skills
- Experience in providing Ind AS conversion services and preparing accounting memos
- Project management and coordination skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Experience in the professional services industry is a plus
- Learning mindset and striving for excellence
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field
