Tata Electronics Private Limited (TEPL) is a greenfield venture of the Tata Group with expertise in manufacturing precision components.
Tata Electronics (a wholly owned subsidiary of Tata Sons Pvt. Ltd.) is building India’s first AI-enabled state-of-the-art Semiconductor Foundry. This facility will produce chips for applications such as power management IC, display drivers, microcontrollers (MCU) and high-performance computing logic, addressing the growing demand in markets such as automotive, computing and data storage, wireless communications and artificial intelligence.

Role: OT Application Engineer
Minimum Qualification: Graduate Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum Experience: 3+ years in the Profession
Experience:
Technical Expertise : Strong background in industrial automation, control systems, data analytics, and cybersecurity.
Strategic Implementation : Experience in developing and implementing OT strategies aligned with business objectives.
Technical Proficiency : Hands-on experience with PLC, SCADA, DCS, MES, and troubleshooting OT systems.
Project Management : Skills in planning and executing OT system implementations and upgrades.
Emerging Technologies : Knowledge of IoT, AI, and data analytics in manufacturing.
Responsibilities:
System Oversight : Implement, maintain, and optimize OT systems.
Cross-functional Collaboration : Work with IT, engineering, and production teams.
Cybersecurity : Ensure OT systems adhere to cybersecurity protocols.
Continuous Improvement : Drive initiatives to enhance OT systems and processes.
