Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Academic Counsellor at Truffle Nation located in Saket. The Counselling will be responsible for customer service, sales, customer support, and training duties on a daily basis.

Qualifications

  • Academic Counselling, Communication, and Sales skills
  • Customer Support and Training abilities
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proven track record in sales and customer service
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Experience in telesales or related field is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
