Job Title: BIM MEP Specialist Experience: 4+ years Employment Type: Full-time To ensure project quality and timely delivery by managing assigned teams, overseeing project deliverables, and maintaining compliance with BIM standards and workflows. Review and ensure accuracy of BIM models and drawings as per BIM standards and project checklists. Execute the production of BIM models and shop drawings for construction. Ensure timely completion of all deliverables as per project schedule. Report progress regularly to the BIM Lead / Manager. Prepare RFIs / Clarifications and manage project documentation. Extract and verify quantities from 3D Models. Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering. Software Expertise: AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks (essential). Experience: Minimum 4+ years in BIM Modelling / Coordination. Technical Skills: Strong communication, presentation, graphics, writing, designing, and modeling skills.
