Experience Co. projects are built around three pillars: designing and running travel experiences across 20+ countries; nurturing a community of over 5000+ handpicked individuals who have been part of our journeys; and driving life-altering collisions & epiphanies through our experiences & communities.
Ex Co is a bootstrapped, profitable company backed by a team with over 100+ years of cumulative experience in running, creating & producing experiential events across the world—from Iceland to Japan and everything in between.
Our app, which is launching in 4 weeks, aims to consolidate the experiential travel market from Berlin to Bangalore, and create an ecosystem for premium experience creators to co-produce experiences with us. Experience Co. will be the new address for consuming real, life-altering experiences across the world.
What You’ll Do
TL; DR:
At Experience Co., we are curating global experiences for a community of outstanding creators, founders, achievers, and rebels, and your role at Ex Co will be to tell that story to the world. You will shape and amplify Ex Co’s brand identity by developing and executing innovative video content that engages our audience, increases awareness, and drives growth.
The Longer Version
As a Creative Director (Brand Storytelling) at Experience Co., you will be at the forefront of crafting compelling narratives that resonate with a community of founders, creators, leaders, rebels, and misfits. You will own the creative voice of the brand, ensuring consistency across all content while collaborating closely with the marketing manager to translate briefs into compelling video campaigns.
On a day-to-day basis, your responsibilities will include strategizing content, managing projects from ideation to execution, and leading video storytelling initiatives that enhance the brand’s image and connect deeply with its audience.
Key Responsibilities
Content Scripting, Briefs, Production & Distribution
• Develop compelling scripts and create storyboards for video content across social media, ads, emails, and other platforms.
• Own the creative direction of video projects, working closely with video editors and ensuring outputs reflect the brand’s aesthetic.
• Partner with the marketing manager to interpret briefs and deliver projects aligned with Ex Co’s goals.
• Lead the end-to-end content production process, from ideation to final distribution across digital channels.
Brand Identity and Positioning
• Refine and maintain Ex Co’s brand voice and visual aesthetic across all content.
• Plan and execute campaigns that enhance brand awareness and customer loyalty.
• Ensure all creative outputs align with Ex Co’s core ethos, values, and offers.
Content Calendar and Creator Onboarding
• Design and manage the monthly editorial calendar to ensure timely content production and distribution.
• Scout and onboard global content creators for on-ground production projects.
Creative Innovation and Experimentation
• Experiment with new formats such as vibe films, reels, and text animations to keep content fresh and engaging.
• Script and direct unique storytelling projects, including voice-over narratives and visual campaigns.
Advertising and Performance Content
• Create advertising content tailored for different stages of the sales funnel (Top, Middle, Bottom).
• Collaborate with performance marketing and social teams to develop campaigns that drive engagement and conversions.
Collaboration and Leadership
• Lead creative direction and oversee art direction to ensure a cohesive brand identity.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external content creators to deliver exceptional outputs.

• Have at least 5+ years of experience in creative direction, storytelling, or content production, preferably in a B2 C company.
