We help PMs and Engineers craft better first drafts, provide tools for technical writers to monitor and streamline their workflows, and optimize the entire documentation lifecycle. Role Overview:

As the Founding AI/ML Engineer at EkLine, you will shape the future of our platform by implementing AI agents, fine-tuning large language models (LLMs), and integrating machine learning (ML) capabilities. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a small but highly ambitious team, where your work will have a direct impact on the product, customers, and company trajectory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and deployment of AI agents to enhance platform features and efficiency.
  • Fine-tune and optimize large language models (LLMs) to align with specific use cases and customer needs.
  • Design and implement ML algorithms to power innovative solutions for content quality scoring, style enforcement, and workflow automation.
  • Collaborate closely with founders to identify and prioritize AI-driven solutions.
  • Establish best practices and contribute to the long-term AI/ML roadmap for EkLine.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 4–5 years of experience in AI and ML development, with demonstrated expertise in deploying production-grade solutions.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++.
  • Experience with ML frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar.
  • Hands-on experience fine-tuning and working with language models (e.g., GPT, BERT).
  • Strong understanding of natural language processing (NLP) and its applications.
  • Excellent problem-solving and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with Google Cloud tools for AI/ML deployment and scalability.
  • Familiarity with data pipeline development and data engineering.
