Role Description :
This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Business Development Manager - IT at Tech Flex Solutions Pvt. Ltd. in Mumbai. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, developing growth strategies, and leading a team to drive sales and revenue in the IT sector.
Preference : Should have experience in selling IT solution (Application, Infrastructure) to Banking & Government vertical )
Experience in selling IT Security Infrastructure will be added advance
Experience : Fresher or experience 1 year
Education - Preferably Graduate from IT Domain
Job Location : Mumbai (Vikhroli)
Responsibility :
Candidate will be responsible for selling IT Security solutions,
The individual will develop and execute sales plans for target accounts and need to have demonstrated experience in similar domain,
Responsible for Business Development - to map and bring new business /large customer accounts.
Establish a professional working relationship with decision-makers and C-Level to develop a core understanding of the client's unique business needs.
Preparation of BOM / BOQ and presenting to the client.
Maintain relations and co-ordinate with leading OEM suppliers.
Responsible for achieving quarterly quota for IT infrastructure service solutions.
Exposure and experience in selling to Corporate / Enterprise / SME customers.
This position requires excellent communication- written & Interpersonal and good organizational skills.
